REGISTRATION POLICIES

Once you are registered for a session or workshop, a space is reserved for you. We understand that unanticipated circumstances arise and we have the fairest cancellation policies.

In the event of a student-initiated cancellation, the following policies apply in ALL cases:

1. A full refund of the purchase price will be returned if cancellation is made greater than one week before the start of the session or workshop.

2. Cancellations made within one week but more than 48 hours prior to the start of a workshop, will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price.

3. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the workshop will receive no refund.

4. If a student takes the first class of a session-only course and decides to cancel by the end of that first class, a $50.00 fee will be held and the balance of the session will be refunded upon request. No refund will be given for session-only courses after the first class.

Note: If you are unable to attend a workshop or session-only course, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior written notice given to the studio. No additional fees will occur and all cancellation policies apply.

Zest Yoga and Fitness reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. If this occurs, it is with our apologies and a full refund will be issued.
